A full audit asks three to fifteen questions, depending on the business, and counts as one audit. A light audit asks three and counts as half. Both ask the same assistants and run the same 28 website checks.
Not if it gave you nothing: if we couldn't read the website and no assistant answered, it's free. If the assistants answered, the audit counts, because that half of the report still has value.
